What We Do
The Housing Authority of the City of Bellingham is a local government agency that serves thousands of residents in Whatcom County. The Bellingham Housing Authority (BHA) & The Whatcom County Housing Authority work together (BWCHA) to provide needed housing in our community. We serve Low-Income Families, Elderly People, those with Disabilities, & Working Families in need of affordable housing in Whatcom County. Bellingham & Whatcom County Housing Authorities are governed by a Board of Commissioners.
