What is “Dine Out for Maple Alley Inn?”
Once a year we encourage people to eat out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at participating “Dine Out” restaurants and each restaurant donates a percentage (suggested 20%) of their sales to our Maple Alley Inn program.
What is Maple Alley Inn?
Maple Alley Inn is an Opportunity Council program that provides hot meals for people who are hungry, including those who are homeless, aging, mentally ill, and working poor families. Our program manager and 30 weekly volunteers serve 60-100 guests per day and served over 17,000 hot, nutritious meals to local people in need in 2016.
