This workshop is designed to develop participant’s awareness of their approach to conflict, and to increase their skills to better manage conflict as it arises. The course is applicable to the home, community, and workplace.
Learning objectives:
- Listen actively and assert your needs
- Understand your response to conflict
- Communicate effectively in high-stress situations
Training dates are August 22 & 29 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
$95 fee. Workshop held at the Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center
