Volunteer: Climate Resilience Site GuardianThe Department of Natural Resources ANeMoNe program is currently seeking volunteers to be Site Guardians for our Cherry Point monitoring site located just north of Bellingham. Site guardians visit the monitoring site once every other week and perform a quick bird survey, eelgrass survey, and check our water sensors for biofouling. Work is approximately two hours per visit. We provide training and gear. In general, this work does not require background knowledge or experience but there is of course lots of opportunity to learn!
