Hi there,
We are hosting our second annual Showcase at the Hotel Leo on March 21st and are looking for volunteers to assist in the following ways:
Day Of:
-Set up and Take Down
-Welcome Committee: Help guests navigate the venue and find activities
-Silent Auction Help: Keep an eye on tables and answer questions about the items
-Guest Check In/Check Out: Help guests check in while in line, and help run auction items to winners.
-For the amateur/professional photographers out there: Document the event and put together a social media "vlog".
Prior To:
-Soliciting Auction Items is a big one! If you have connections with businesses in the community and can get free donated items/experiences for the auction, that's great. This can happen in or outside of the office.
-Generate social media and website content
