The 2025 Fall Info Fair is looking for volunteers to assist with day-of operations of the fair, along with assisting new and returning students with navigating the fair. The Fair will take place on September 22nd, from 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm with an hour-long intermission between the two halves. Volunteers will be needed from 10am-5pm, and can sign up for as many hour-long shifts as desired!
Volunteer duties would include:
- Set up and take down, about an hour before and after the fair. This would include placing and numbering tables, and then clean up after the fair. This would also include assisting with the organization that will be loading and unloading their things before and after the info fair.
- During the fair, assisting the on and off campus organizations, as well as students attending the fair. In hour shifts, volunteers will help the students navigate the fair and point students in the right direction.
