Sports Instructor

Are you interested in gaining new skills and improving your leadership? Would you like to develop your athletic skills as trainer/coach/athlete/football player? Are physical activities appealing to you? As a sports instructor and coach for youths, you will volunteer in our sports club, training children and teenagers from 5 to 20 years old. Your goal will be focused on training them to be able to learn to use sports, especially football, to develop life skills such as teamwork, persistence, and organization.

You will understand the community from the inside and create connections with the youth society to create a positive impact on them. Our volunteers do not only conduct training courses but also spend time with the local teams and the trainers. If working among local teams while broadening your horizons makes your heart beat faster, we ’ll be glad to see you in a track suit!

Weekdays, flexible, Short Program (1-3 months)

Costs and Accommodation

Because Hope Foundation is a small NGO with limited financial resources, we ask that each volunteer covers their own personal costs during their stay in Cameroon, the flight to Cameroon and the visa. You will be provided with accommodation. We have a safe and comfortable housing or host families. As well three healthy meals a day, pick up and drop off from the airport. With the airport tickets, meals, and place to stay included, it's an estimated $117 per week.
