LGBTQ+ Western's annual ceremony celebrating our LGBTQ+ community and our Lavender Graduates. Anyone graduating during the 2025-2026 academic year can be recognized at the ceremony, as well as our Legacy Lavender Graduates!
Volunteers are needed for various tasks:
- 4-5pm Set up: Tabling & Food Set Up
- 4-5pm or 5-6pm Set up: Decorations
- 4-5pm or 5-6pm Set up: Moving Items from office to MPR
- 6-7pm or 7-8pm During event: Information Table
- 6-7pm or 7-8pm During event: Floater, helping with tasks as they occur
- 6-7pm or 7-8pm During event: Crowd Control, supporting emergency processes
- 8-9pm Drag Show Kitten: gathering tips, picking up props, etc
- 9-10pm Clean up
