Coaching is a short-term commitment. One or two days a week for 9 weeks to make a big difference in the lives of the girls in our community. Interested? Contact sharon.stone@girlsontherun.org!
Teams of volunteer coaches facilitate our easy to follow curriculum with groups of 8-15 girls over the course of nine weeks. All sites meet once or twice per week after school.
Our greatest need for coaches at this time is in Bellingham, some teams meeting 2:30-4 pm on Mon/Wed, some Thursday only 12:45-2:30 pm and other one-day options available. The 2021 fall season begins the week of September 20th and runs through the week of November 15th.
Coaches are thoroughly trained and given all necessary materials for the season. Each site has two to four coaches. Please visit: www.girlsontherun.org to learn more about the program.
NOTE: We are currently masking during programs when people are gathered. When we run we can lower are masked when distanced from others.
