Drop-in anytime during our Open House Garden Party to help NSEA restock our native plant nursery! Help pot bare root plants any time from 12pm to 4pm on April 17th through April 20th. Pick a time that works best for you! Our nursery fosters plants until they are ready to provide salmon habitat along Whatcom County streams.
We’ll bring the tools and gloves – all you have to do is wear sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Park at NSEA (3057 E Bakerview Rd.) and look for the blue NSEA tent. Coffee provided thanks to NSEA’s official coffee sponsor, Tony’s Coffee. Bring your friends, family, and enthusiasm and we’ll see you at the creek! All ages are welcome. Any volunteers under 18 years old must bring a completed Liability Release Form (www.n-sea.org/work-parties).
