Downtown Trick or Treat is in its 18th year! It's a popular downtown event for retailers and families from all over Whatcom County.
All participating businesses/venues receive a balloon and poster indicating their participation . There are over 100 stops!
We are in need of volunteers that can help with this distribution between 10:00 am and 2:00 on Wednesday October 31st - Halloween!
Even if you have one hour to spare that day that would be great. You will come to our office at 1310 Commercial St to collect balloons and posters
