Volunteers are needed for WWU Commencement on Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13 with six ceremonies after the two days:
Full details of the schedule—including which Colleges, Centers, and Institutes are featured at each ceremony—can be found on the Registrar’s Office website: June Commencement Schedule and Program. The June 2026 ceremonies will include all Winter 2026 graduates, along with anticipated graduates for Spring 2026 and Summer 2026 (who apply by the deadline).
If you are interested and available to be a warm, welcoming helper to our soon to be Western Alums and their guests, we’d like to invite you to join in the celebration of the students you’ve nurtured through their studies at Western, please do so by submitting this form and let us know of your willingness to help by Friday, May 29th. After you submit the form, we’ll confirm your participation via a direct email communication to you (in the first week of June).
