The NAMI Whatcom Stigma Stomp 5K and Mental Health Fair challenges Whatcom County residents to come together and reject the stigma of mental illness. Connecting the community to health and wellness resources and encouraging physical activity is the first step to igniting the conversation about mental health. There will be a photo booth, raffle, fun prizes, and refreshments.
All funds raised at this event will help NAMI Whatcom to continue assisting local families and individuals find hope for a better future.
