Driving During an Emergency or Disaster in Whatcom County

Doug Dahl, Washington Traffic Safety Commission, will speak about getting around in the event of an emergency at the upcoming VMC meeting, October 24th 6-8pm at the Center for Spiritual Living, 2224 Yew Street Road, Bellingham.
