Join us for a special Boards in Gear series. Traditionally a one-day training, we are organizing this into a five-part series to allow for peer learning and interaction as well as digestion of the learning along the way.

- Building a great board - Composition & Development (November 20th)
- Sustaining a great board - Board Operations (November 27th)
- Fundraising (December 4th)
Session 3: COMPOSITION & DEVELOPMENT: A nonprofit board ensures that the board itself has the characteristics and qualifications needed to effectively represent the people that the organization serves and the organization’s needs.
