This is the first night of a series of open mic nights, to create a space that fosters community care. Living in a 'post-roe' world while managing our work lives and personal lives often does not leave a lot of time to unpack and express our feelings about the status of reproductive rights. These open mic nights will function as opportunities for community members to share their spoken words, songs, poems, and art in a productive and cathartic experience.
