We are planning a Christmas EVE Dessert Social (24th 2-4pm) and a Christmas Day Brunch (25th 1pm) for our clients at Francis Place. We are seeking food donations to help make these holiday meals a success. The plan is to prepare some items and re-heat others here at Francis Place. We are looking for volunteers to purchase, or prepare and drop off any of the following prior to Christmas Day at 1pm. Please note we will be serving approximately 50 people.
Prepared Foods (dropped off 24th or day-of):
• Pre-cooked/chicken sausages
• Muffins/ Croissants/ Bagels (lots!!)
• Fruit Platter
• Breakfast style potatoes (lots!!)
• Orange Juice/ Milk (10 bottles+)
• Eggnog
• Plates/ Utensils/ Cups/ Napkins
• COOKIES/ Holiday Treats.
• Hot Cocoa
Donations can be accepted at Francis Place, 1122 Cornwall Ave, anytime on the 24th (24-7) or 25th (until 2pm). If someone would like to give a heads up about a donation, they can call the front desk at (360) 671-3529 Ext. 0 - THANK YOU!
