Exciting news! Opportunity Council’s Volunteer Chore Program is expanding to include Whidbey Island this spring. We’re connecting amazing volunteers with low-income older adults & people with disabilities who need a helping hand with things like yard care, grocery runs, dog walking, etc. so they can stay independent in their homes.
