Teaching children (3-15 years) in our primary school “Rising International Bilingual School – RIBS” in Bertoua
Do you have experience in teaching (foreign languages, science, history, art, IT) or training (everyday life and health activities)? Do you want to use your skills to improve education standards? Are you interested in gaining great cultural insights and awareness as an international source, working among children as a teacher?
In our holiday school, the children from Bertoua get the chance to refresh their knowledge from the school year and learn new things in a fun way. There are many indoor and outdoor activities with the children. If you’re ready to say yes to a youngster's future.
This volunteer opportunity will be available June to September 2026 in Cameroon; you can choose to stay between 1-3 months in this time.
Costs and Accommodation
Because Hope Foundation is a small NGO with limited financial resources, we ask that each volunteer covers their own personal costs during their stay in Cameroon, the flight to Cameroon and the visa. You will be provided with accommodation. We have a safe and comfortable housing or host families. As well three healthy meals a day, pick up and drop off from the airport. With the airport tickets, meals, and place to stay included, it's an estimated $117 per week.
