Grocery shop and deliver nutritious food for the residents of the PAD (Positive Adolescent Development), an emergency housing program for 13-17 year old youth. Tasks include driving to and from the Bellingham Food Bank, shopping for 16 hungry teenagers, and delivering it to the PAD, which is located directly above our main office.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license
- A reliable vehicle with adequate room for storage
- Ability to lift heavy objects (such as a box of canned goods)
Volunteers must be available during one of the following windows:
- Monday: 11:30am – 3:00pm (preferred)
- Wednesday: 1:00 – 6:00pm
- Friday: 11:30am – 3:00pm
1-2 hours per week.
