Join the EduArts Enrichment team! Bellingham Arts Academy for Youth (BAAY) is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with our after school enrichment program, EduArts. Classes are offered MTWF from 2:30 - 3:30 or 4pm and Thursdays from 12:45-2:30pm. Weekly hours for each assistant could vary from 1 to 5 hours per week depending on volunteer availability and interest. The grade ranges of students in each class are K-2nd and 3rd-5th.
BAAY's volunteer internships are a valuable means of getting hands-on classroom experience and mentorship from one of our professional arts instructors. Applicants should have their own mode of transportation (or be willing to carpool or bus), and could be asked to teach in various schools throughout the Bellingham School District.
