The Tour Guide will be responsible for providing tours of our makerspace to visitors and potential members, sharing information about our equipment, resources, and services, and answering any questions that visitors may have.

- Tailor tours to the interests of each group, providing information about specific tools and techniques based on their needs and projects
- Answer questions about our makerspace and provide recommendations for resources and tools that may be useful to visitors' projects
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies to improve makerspace efficiency and customer experience
- Stay up to date on makerspace policies, procedures, and services in order to accurately inform visitors
- Provide feedback to management about visitor experiences, including suggestions for improvement
