German traditions reign supreme at Bellingham Oktoberfest, an event that raises funds for Opportunity Council’s Volunteer Center programs and services. The Volunteer Center of Whatcom County leverages resources and mobilizes local volunteers to meet needs in our community, join us as we bring the community together to support these vital programs. Featuring craft brews and food from local vendors, music, games, live-printed merchandise, and a photo booth, it’s sure to be a good time! -All positions require a one-hour training prior to the event. Please select a training to attend. You may change training times by emailing altraff89@gmail.com.
-All volunteers MUST be 21+ years old.
-Volunteers will receive free entry to the event and 2 scrip tickets to be used before or after their shift. 9:30 shift of clean-up crew volunteers will receive a growler beer of their choice instead of admission to the event. If you prefer a non-alcohol-related volunteer perk, please email us and we'll make arrangements.
