Resident Companion

Many of our residents suffer from loneliness and a lack of meaningful connection with stable, supportive people who are not paid service providers. We are seeking resident companions to spend quality time with residents. This could include socializing at Francis Place and accompanying residents on individual or community outings. It could be as simple as going on a walk to the nearest beach or coffeehouse. Volunteers would be required to use their own vehicles if driving is necessary, and fill out a volunteer application for Catholic Community Services.
