We are looking for volunteers (Age 11+) who can help us put away tables and chairs after our giant Senior Day in the Park at Hovander Park on August 2nd. Clean-up 1:30-3:30pm. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we are hoping to find volunteers who can help us wrap up the day by loading our tables and chairs back onto the rental container after the event is over. The tables are fairly light 6'x2' tables. So two people can easily move each. We are also looking for help moving chairs.
The more volunteers the better and I will provide Ice cream to anyone who helps with the clean-up.
All proceeds from our fundraiser will go towards paying for Meals on Wheels and our Whatcom Council on Aging programs.
